Restaurants 101 was contracted to open this nightclub in North Atlanta. The developers of this space had completed 75% of the build out and hired Restaurants 101 to finish build-out and open. Restaurants 101 streamlined opening budget to cut waste and finished all FOH and BOH equipment install. Restaurants 101 hired all the employees and trained for opening. They designed all menus and theme related events.
