Here To Serve’s first Asian concept: Aja, a modern Asian Kitchen, is located in The Alliance Center on Lenox Road. This two-story restaurant consists of a private dining room which seats up to 55 guests, a 150-seat patio with views of the Buckhead skyline and sprawling lounge area where guests can enjoy dim sum, signature mai tais and more! The restaurant is the home to a 10 ft brass Buddha that arrived straight from Thailand. Come enjoy all 20 cuisines of the Far East regions at Aja.

Solution

Aja and Restaurants 101 worked closely to create an enviroment there that was like no other location in Atlanta. The Asain kithchen/lounge concept was a great fit for at location. The flow of service that we laid out made it possible to flow from high-end restaurant with great energy to a high end lounge perfectly. Restaurants 101 create the training systems, helped develop the POS integration and all the inventory systems.
