Brief

Strip Steaks and Sushi is located at Atlantic Station. Strip is Atlanta’s place to be when you are craving both style and substance. This multilevel steak house with lively bars and patios on each level takes on a new meaning in the world of steak houses. Strip allows diners the option of enjoying a great steak in a super hip environment. The in-house DJ plays the hottest tunes nightly; guests are welcome to step out on to the dance area at any time. Also enjoy the open rooftop deck on level 3. Meet your friends after work at STRIP to see and be seen at Atlanta’s hottest place to MEAT, DRINK and EAT!

Solution

Strip was built from the group up in Atlantic Station in 2006. Restaurants 101 was on-site from the day that we broke ground until the door opened. Strip first years sales were over 9 million. Restaurants 101 played a major role in manager hiring and training. Strips management's team consisted of 6 managers plus event team. Restaurants 101 also created all systems for hiring and training the 200 employees. Strip was 3 story venue with a total capacity of over 900 ppl. Restaurants 101 helped integrate the POS system and help create the flow of service to maximize sales with the extra large crowds.
